Historic Holly Day / Battle of Iron Works Hill

In addition to the annual commemoration of the Battle of Iron Works Hill with Crown and Continental camps, activities this year include historical presentations ("Abigail Adams" and Polly Burling), a musket drill for kids of all ages, Lunch with the Troops, the Fifes & Drums of the Old Barracks, Ned Hector, English Country Dancing and a Colonial Tea.

After the day's activities, stay in town for dinner and the biannual Mount Holly Historical Society's Candlelight House Tour. For the closest overnight accomodations, contact the Best Western Burlington Inn and ask for the Iron Works Hill discount.
